MyHealthPyramid: A User-Friendly Health and Fitness Application
MyHealthPyramid is an Android application that aims to help users achieve a healthy lifestyle by setting and recording daily goals for healthy eating habits, exercising, and staying hydrated. The application is based on the USA Food Pyramid and American Heart Association guidelines, which recommends at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise per day. The app features a simple and user-friendly interface that allows the user to quickly and easily record their exercise, water intake, and food groups eaten each day. Additionally, the app includes a goal section to help users make small adjustments towards a healthy lifestyle and a log section to track their progress. The app also includes links to health websites that are updated periodically. A pro version of the app will soon be available with no ads and the option to download the log page.
